    A fun filled day was had in the South of Wales White Water Rafting at the ‘Nation White Water Centre’ on the River Tryweryn. The water was cold but that made no difference as we crashed through waves and bounced our way through the fast flowing rapids.
    The river in parts is a grade 3-4 so plenty of excitement and chances to get wet!
